Senior Fellow Jim Kostaras is traveling to Lima, Peru this month to speak at a conference on sustainable cities and climate change adaptation, organized by the Municipality of Lima and the Peruvian Ministry of Environment. He will be representing the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy speaking on the financing of urban adaptation and resiliency through land policy. This conference is in preparation for the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP), which will be hosted by the Government of Peru, in Lima in December, 2014 .
