Poland | Strategy for Technical Assistance and Training: Housing and Land Management

Two experts from the Unit participated with a team of consultants led by the ICMA in the development of a strategy for technical assistance and training in Poland. They were responsible for covering issues relating to housing and land management, strategic planning, infrastructure finance, real estate development, privatization and promotion of private sector participation in urban development. They also outlined a framework for structuring central/local relations more effectively to address major issues of municipal finance.
